1. What T-shirts do you use?
We use high-quality COMFORT COLORS USA garment dye t shirts. These are heavily used for authentic tourism & souvenir shirts in the USA and I love them for their slightly faded look, and very soft and loose cotton fabrics. Collab shirts (i.e Chasing Scales) may use different products, this will be listed in the product description.
2. How do your T-shirts fit?
Comfort Colors shirts fit loose, for a relaxed fit. If you like a slimmer fit shirt, please size down.
Other shirts like Earth Positive used in collabs fit truer, with a more European, fashion fit.
3. How should I wash my T-shirt?
To keep your T-shirt looking its best, we recommend washing it inside out at 30°C with similar colours. Avoid tumble drying where possible, and never iron directly over the printed design.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If I am away fishing, I will let you know an updated timeline using the email used for the order.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I ship internationally, but I can't cover / be responsible for your countries import/duty, so please try and work this out before the order.
6. Can I return or exchange my T-shirt?
Yes, I accept exchanges. Please use the contact form to let me know if you need an exchange or return.
7. What if I receive the wrong item or my order arrives damaged?
If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch using the contact form, including your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll do our best to get everything sorted as quickly as possible.
8. Will my T-shirt shrink after washing?
These days, the majority of good quality shirts shouldn't shrink when washed properly. If you must tumble dry a t shirt, never let it get too hot and bone dry, ideally stop the dryer slightly prematurely and air dry for the remaining time till dry. Shrinkage was a problem when t shirts were made from a cotton/poly (plastic) blend. 100% cotton shirts are less effected by this.
9. Will sold-out designs be restocked?
I print these shirts myself, so yes I can restock, as and when needed. Drop me a line if something you want doesn't appear to be in stock.
